We deliver Manual Handling All Wales Passport training for care teams, support workers and organisations that need staff to move and position people safely. Sessions cover risk awareness, movement, positioning, communication, equipment use and decision-making in day-to-day care work.
Our Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression courses support teams who may face behaviours of concern. Sessions focus on prevention, communication, de-escalation, risk awareness and proportionate responses. Delivery is provided by a BILD ACT certified training service and aligned to the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards.
