Course overview
In any workplace, knowing how to respond in the first few minutes of an incident can make a real difference. Our Emergency First Aid at Work course gives learners the confidence and practical skills to act quickly, safely and effectively until further help arrives.
The course is highly practical and focused on real-life situations. You’ll learn how to assess an incident, manage common injuries and illnesses, and provide immediate care while keeping yourself and others safe. Training is delivered by experienced tutors using demonstrations, hands-on practice and scenario-based learning to build confidence and competence.
