It was great to read through last week’s feedback and get a sense of what learners took from the sessions. The Positive Behaviour Management course had quite a few comments noting the friendly and clear approach from trainers, with one learner sharing, "The trainers was very friendly, well explained, I do enjoy." Others mentioned the sessions felt interactive and engaging, which always helps keep things interesting.
The Epilepsy Training & Buccal Administration course also attracted some nice remarks. Geoff’s way of delivering was often mentioned, with one learner saying, "Geoff was very informative in a fun interactive way which not only helped things stick but made the course enjoyable." Another described the course simply as "a lovely, relaxed and informative course." It’s wonderful when training feels both useful and approachable.
For the Prevention & Management of Violence & Aggression course, the trainers came across as professional and clear. Feedback included comments like "Trainers were professional, engaging and explained everything clearly," and another learner noted how the trainers "made it enjoyable and professional and most importantly relatable to the service needs." These sessions seem to strike a good balance between professionalism and approachability.
Of course, there were a few practical notes, like one learner mentioning that course materials were not provided on a Positive Behaviour Management session. It’s good to hear such honest thoughts alongside the encouraging ones.
Overall, the comments bring a real sense of trainers who connect well with learners, keeping things interactive and clear. As one person put it, "Had amazing training day learnt a lot," and another simply said, "Very informative." It’s reassuring to know the sessions are hitting the mark in terms of both content and delivery.
