It was great to hear from learners after last week’s sessions, with lots of positive comments about the Manual Handling and Violence & Aggression courses.

It was great to read through last week’s feedback and see what learners took away from the sessions. The Manual Handling All Wales Passport course received some warm words, with people appreciating the clear and informative delivery. One learner said, "Great course, informative instructor. Enjoyed the 2 day Manual Handling course and would recommend to others. Thanks Alfie." Another simply shared, "Very informative and clear information, positive experience overall." It’s nice to hear that both the theory and practical elements hit the mark, with one commenting, "Both theory and practical demo great."

Meanwhile, the Prevention & Management of Violence & Aggression Refresher course had feedback that highlighted the approachable style of the trainer.
