Another positive week of training behind us, and some really encouraging comments came through afterwards. It’s always a pleasure to hear directly from those who join us and find out what stood out for them. The Prevention & Management of Violence & Aggression course, held mostly in Merthyr Tydfil, received some warm words about how engaging and approachable the trainers were. One learner said, "Great instructor—clear explanations, supportive attitude, and makes learning engaging and easy to understand." Another shared that the trainers "kept the training very entertaining throughout while also covering a lot of important areas." It’s good to see the balance between professionalism and a relaxed atmosphere coming through in the feedback.

That course also sparked some thoughts on pacing and materials, with a learner noting, "The course was informative, but it could be improved by providing more detailed study materials and interactive activities." The Manual Handling All-Wales Passport Refresher course, mostly at Merthyr Tydfil, was described as "really fun" with Geoff making the day "extremely fun as usual!" The combination of knowledge and a good sense of humour seems to go down well, with comments such as "Geoff very knowledgeable, makes the course fun and enjoyable for everyone." It’s lovely to see that practical courses can be so well received.

Medication Administration training also came through with nice feedback for Alfie, described as "really good knowledgeable about all the things & he described everything clearly that’s makes us understanding whole thing easily." Learners found the sessions "very good and engaging" with one simply saying, "Excellent tutor." It’s reassuring to know that clarity and engagement are appreciated so much in these important courses.
