It was great to read through last week’s feedback and see what learners took away from the sessions. The Manual Handling All Wales Passport course in Merthyr Tydfil gathered some warm remarks. One learner said, “Alfie was really great with every single person there and treated everyone the same,” while another simply called the training “very good.” There were plenty of comments noting the training was clear, well handled, and enjoyable, with words like "very informative & fun to do" and "great man and made my training easier." It sounds like the sessions were both engaging and accessible.
The Emergency First Aid at Work course also had its share of encouraging words, especially for Geoff, who received comments such as, “Geoff was very thorough and knowledgeable, prompt to answer questions. Very charismatic and made the training entertaining” and “Geoff was really good and went through each section in depth.” Learners mentioned feeling confident and entertained throughout the training, which isn’t always easy to achieve with such important topics.
Medication Administration training came across as informative and well delivered too. Learners described it as “very informative,” “enjoyable,” and “helpful.” Geoff’s name popped up here as well, with one learner saying simply, “Geoff was amazing.” It’s nice to see consistency across different courses.
Overall, the feedback painted a picture of training that is caring, clear, and helpful. Comments like “The training was so good,” “Excellent lecture and practical sessions,” and “The training was perfect and well handled” show how well the sessions are landing with those taking part. It’s always rewarding to see that the effort put into delivering accessible and useful training is appreciated.
