Another positive week of training behind us, and some really encouraging comments came through afterwards, especially for the Manual Handling and Positive Behaviour Management courses.
It’s always a pleasure to see how trainers connect with their groups, and that came through clearly in what learners shared. Geoff, who led several Manual Handling All Wales Passport sessions, was described as “very pleasant” and someone who makes the sessions fun. One person noted, “In the 22 years of care and training I can't fault Geoff’s approach; he made the training fun and interesting and we had a lovely laugh which made it even better.” Another simply said, “Geoff is a brilliant trainer very easy to communicate with and also very inspiring to teach and listen to.” It’s lovely to hear that the sessions felt both informative and enjoyable, which can make all the difference in learning.
The Positive Behaviour Management course also received some warm remarks. Learners mentioned how kind and patient the teacher was, with comments like “Best teacher ever kind and patient” and “Excellent training with highly knowledgeable trainer.” Small things like patience and kindness can create a great learning atmosphere, and it sounds like that was evident last week. One learner summed it up simply with “None. Fantastic.”
Across the board, the feedback showed a high level of satisfaction with the course content and delivery. The course materials were appreciated too, helping learners feel more confident in what they were taking away. Comments like “Very informative and made the learning interesting” reflect that well.
It’s rewarding to read these reflections from learners. They remind us that good training isn’t just about ticking boxes but about making the experience engaging and supportive. We look forward to more weeks like this, where learning feels approachable and trainers bring their best.
