It’s always interesting to see what strikes a chord with people, and last week the Manual Handling All Wales Passport sessions stood out quite a bit. Learners mentioned practical elements like the electric standing hoist, which added a helpful hands-on touch. One noted, "I enjoyed seeing the electric standing hoist," while another found the teaching methods so engaging that they described the trainer as "absolutely fantastic." The sessions seemed to give people useful new insights, with comments like "I learned a lot of new things" and "He made it understandable."
Emergency First Aid at Work courses also received some kind words. Learners appreciated Liz’s approach, describing her as "lovely," "knowledgeable," and making the course "enjoyable" and "good fun." In the Prevention & Management of Violence & Aggression course, the delivery was noted for being clear and engaging. Medication Administration training also had its share of praise, especially for Geoff’s relaxed and thorough style. Learners described the sessions as "top notch" and appreciated his patience in explaining points in detail.
