What learners said about last week’s training

A warm reflection on last week’s learner feedback, highlighting approachable trainers and practical sessions that helped build confidence.

What learners said about last week’s training

It was nice to see the kind words from learners about how approachable and clear our trainers have been during their sessions.

Another good week of training last week, with some lovely feedback coming in afterwards. Even without a flood of comments, the ones we received painted a picture of trainers who are approachable and patient, helping learners feel comfortable and confident.

One learner mentioned feeling "very confident in delivering training in the future" after attending the Moving & Positioning of People Train The Trainer course, which is always great to hear. Others appreciated the clear communication style, with some saying things like "Geoff communicated really well and at a good pace," which speaks volumes about how the trainers make the material accessible.

There were also mentions of practical sessions being very helpful, making the learning feel relevant and easy to apply straight away. Comments such as "Good course, very at ease throughout" remind us that creating a relaxed atmosphere really makes a difference.

It’s rewarding to know that learners leave the sessions feeling informed and supported. Even in quieter weeks, the steady appreciation shows that the training remains grounded and useful. We look forward to more feedback in the weeks ahead and continuing to keep things straightforward and helpful for everyone who comes through our doors.
