It was great to read through last week’s feedback and get a sense of how the training sessions landed with those who joined us. Across the board, learners seemed to appreciate the clear explanations and the friendly approach from the trainers.
The Moving & Positioning of People Train The Trainer Refresher course in Merthyr Tydfil received some nice remarks. One learner mentioned, “Excellent refresher thoroughly enjoyed and it was very positive and the knowledge that Geoff has was interesting and showed interesting alternatives.” Another said, “Great course content, well designed and delivered professionally and in a timely manner. Course price is very competitive. I shall be returning for future train the trainer refreshers with this company.” It’s always encouraging when people express confidence in returning for more training.
Mental Health Training also gathered positive notes. Comments like “Very informative Amazing trainer genuine lovely person” and “Great course, delivered by a great trainer. Thank you” stood out. A few learners simply said, “Thanks again for a good training session,” showing appreciation for the experience.
Feedback from the Dementia Training sessions painted a picture of a relaxed and engaging atmosphere. Learners shared thoughts such as “Made the course very enjoyable and kept me focused, well presented and explained the course and information very well. Thank you very much.” Others remarked, “Very good training with Geoff” and “Relaxed atmosphere and very easy to listen to - very good trainer.” These kinds of comments highlight how the delivery style really matters in helping learners take in information.
Epilepsy Training & Buccal Administration sessions in Cardiff also featured some warm feedback. One participant described the course as “Engaging course, very good tutor and got information across clearly, practice for medication (illustrative with water and syringe) to learn technique. Highly recommend.” Another simply said, “Very informative training. Well explained.”
Overall, last week’s comments reminded us how important it is for training to feel approachable and practical. It’s nice to see that the trainers are managing to create that balance. We look forward to continuing to offer sessions that learners find useful and accessible.
