It was great to read through last week’s feedback and get a real sense of how the sessions went from the learners’ point of view. There was a lovely mix of comments, especially about the Prevention & Management of Violence & Aggression course, where Alfie came across as a calm and knowledgeable presence. One person said, "Alfie was very knowledgeable, very friendly and made everyone feel at ease throughout the 2 day course," while another mentioned, "Lovely trainer - very engaging and making the training fun and comfortable." Hearing that the training felt both thorough and approachable makes a real difference.
The Manual Handling All Wales Passport courses also got some nice comments, with learners appreciating the friendliness and expertise of the trainers. One learner shared, "Alfie was lovely and made the course very fun and interesting," and another simply said, "Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Big thanks." It’s encouraging to see learners feeling comfortable and confident by the end of these sessions.
A few comments from the Prevention & Management sessions in Merthyr Tydfil also stood out. Someone described the training as "very informative and engaging," and praised Geoff as "a great instructor, friendly and very knowledgeable." Another added, "Very interactive, clear and non ambiguous. Steps explained. Interesting." These reflections show that the trainers’ efforts to keep things clear and interactive are appreciated.
It’s always nice to see when learners want to recommend the training to others too. One said, "Will definitely be recommending Legacy training services to colleagues." We find that when training is enjoyable and informative, it really sticks with people long after the course is done.
