What learners said about last week’s training

Last week’s training brought some lovely feedback from learners, especially on Emergency First Aid at Work and Manual Handling courses.

It was great to read through the feedback from last week’s sessions and see what learners found useful. The Emergency First Aid at Work course stood out with lots of comments appreciating the clear explanations and friendly instructors. One learner mentioned, "Brilliant course, really friendly supportive instructor," while another said, "Amaixing instructor, very patient and knowledgeable, really enjoyed the course." It’s clear the trainers helped people feel at ease and confident with the material.

The Manual Handling All Wales Passport course also received warm feedback. Learners appreciated how knowledgeable the trainers were and how they kept everyone engaged. As one participant put it, "Amazing course and trainer very knowledgeable and kept the group engaged throughout and was open to all questions." It’s always nice to see when courses strike a good balance between being informative and interactive.

Across the board, comments showed learners enjoyed the pace and delivery, with several saying they found the courses easy to follow no matter their previous experience. "Very enjoyable, went at a pace for everyone to follow with previous experience or not," said one learner from the Cardiff sessions. There was a real sense that the training was approachable and practical, which is what we hope for.

It’s rewarding to see how these sessions help people feel prepared and confident in skills that can make a real difference. One learner summed it up well, saying, "It’s a life saving course and it’s very important for everyone." That kind of feedback reminds us why these courses matter so much.
