Another positive week of training behind us, and some really encouraging comments came through afterwards. The Multiple Sclerosis Awareness course seemed to catch a lot of attention. One learner said, “Really interested trainer very good laugh as well learning about MS,” which speaks volumes about how approachable and engaging the delivery was. Others mentioned how knowledgeable and friendly the trainer was, with feedback like “Very knowledgeable and engaging course and trainer” and “Fantastic delivery thoroughly enjoyed.” It’s heartening to see that the balance of information and a relaxed atmosphere made learning easier and more enjoyable.
The Prevention & Management of Violence & Aggression sessions also sparked some thoughtful reflections. Learners shared remarks such as “Alfie was really fantastic. Training was fun and gave value. I would highly recommend” and “The training was very engaging and educative. The trainer had lots of knowledge and he thought effortlessly. Impacting. Thank you.” It’s nice to hear that the trainer’s clear and patient approach helped build confidence. One participant noted, “learned everything I needed to know and more, the trainer was very well spoken and understandable, made sure I wasn’t struggling with anything.” The sense that the training was accessible to everyone came across in comments like “This is very educational and I recommend it for everyone regardless of your work section.”
Feedback from the Manual Handling All-Wales Passport Refresher courses in Merthyr Tydfil was similarly warm. Learners described it as an “Excellent course, very insightful, fully enjoyed the experience” and a “Great session.” It’s always rewarding to know that the course content connects well with those attending.
It’s lovely to see that across the different topics and venues, learners appreciated the clarity, knowledge, and engagement of the trainers. Comments expressing thanks and noting how much was learned really bring the feedback to life. One simply put it, “Thank you Geoff! Course was really informative and you were very knowledgeable and answered questions with ease!”
