Another positive week of training behind us, and some really encouraging comments came through afterwards. The Epilepsy Training & Buccal Administration sessions in Cardiff seem to have resonated well, with learners describing the training as "very interesting and interactive" and "well packed and educative." One learner shared, "Thank you Geoff, it was a great, insightful and fun class," which says a lot about the atmosphere during the course.

Manual Handling All Wales Passport courses had plenty of praise too, particularly in Merthyr Tydfil where folks found the sessions "very patient and informative" and "really good course with a great leader." Comments like "Best manual handling course I’ve had" and "Feel more confident in my role now" are great to hear and show how the training supports everyday work.

The Positive Behaviour Management training also caught some nice comments, with one learner reflecting on how the practical exercises helped build confidence in managing challenging situations. They found the session "very useful and practical," and appreciated the focus on respectful, person-centred approaches. Another commented, "The instructor demonstrated excellent knowledge and delivered the training clearly and confidently," which sums up what we aim for.

Fire Warden Training in Cardiff attracted feedback highlighting how "interactive, helpful and very informative" the sessions were, with another simply saying "Very educative." It’s good to hear the mix of theory and practical points is landing well.
